Proposed Mural Final.JPG

The Estill County Arts Council is proud to launch a community mural project designed to brighten our public spaces and celebrate the spirit of Estill County. Through vibrant, locally inspired artwork, we hope to transform downtown areas into welcoming places that reflect our history, creativity, and sense of community.

This fundraising effort supports downtown revitalization through art, encourages young minds to explore creativity and become involved in community projects, and brings people together in meaningful ways.

With your support, we can turn blank walls into lasting landmarks that tell the story of Estill County and showcase the creativity that makes our community unique.

Painted Fire Hydrant.jpg

The Estill County Arts Council is excited to introduce a Painted Fire Hydrant Project — a creative initiative that turns ordinary public fixtures into colorful works of art. By transforming fire hydrants throughout our community, we hope to add character, spark curiosity, and create memorable landmarks that make Estill County even more vibrant and welcoming.

Each painted hydrant becomes a unique reflection of our culture, history, and imagination while contributing to the beautification of our downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.

With your support, we can turn everyday spaces into opportunities for creativity, connection, and community engagement — proving that art can be found in even the most unexpected places!
